Sharp Industries was established in 1988 by Mr. Vinod Patel, sole proprietor of the company. Starting with just few conventional Lathe machines and standard machinery equipment, in over 25 years is has now grown into an ISO 9001 certified highly precision and competitively priced component manufacturer. Company is engaged in manufacturing Submersible Pump, Motor, and Industrial Pumps Spare Parts in Stainless Steel. Spread over 12000 sq. ft. it is located in the G.I.D.C Estate, Naroda, Ahmedabad, GUJARAT. We now have 12 CNC Turning Centers. We have our own Hard Chrome Plating Plant too. We are producing about 15,00,000 Submersible Shaft sleeves in Stainless Steel in various sizes annually and are OEMs to major Submersible Pump Manufacturers. We have dedicated staff of skilled and semi skilled manpower of 52. Each component is inspected 100% for its conformity to drawing requirement. Gauges and Measuring equipment are regularly calibrated.
At present we are suppliers to India’s leading Submersible Pump sellers and exporters. Over the years we shifted to CNC turning Centers. We have 12 CNC turning centers. Our per month production of sleeves is in access of 1.25 Lac nos. of various sizes.
In 2012 we started manufacturing Air Compressors. Our product line is from 1 HP to 20 HP. We also supply high quantity Air Compressors Spare Parts.

We have complete set of Measuring Instruments and gauges. Gauges are procured from best suppliers in Industry. We never skip regular calibration. Any wear and tear is taken care of immediately and the Instrument and Gauge replaced in shortest time possible.
We produce strictly as per the customer’s drawing requirement. Any revision is immediately implemented and record is kept. We make sure that only revised drawing is in Shop. Our We keep ourselves well stocked of products. An enviable coordination between Customer, us and the transporter is maintained well in advance. We communicate with all the above on daily basis. Though our delivery usually is at long distances but we take pride in the fact that our delivery record is impeccable even after 30 years of doing business with them.
